One of Rachel’s current mounts, Marcus is a 2004 Friesian owned by Larraine Beal who imported him from the Netherlands. A wonderful example of harmony between horse and rider, Rachel and Marcus have moved up the levels with solid performances each step of the way including:

- 2013 CDS Championships, 3rd level
- 2014 SFP CDS Annual Rider Award, Reserve, Open 4th level
- 2015 Woodside Spring Dressage Upper Level Open High Point Reserve Champion, 4th level
- 2016 USDF All Breeds 4th Level Reserve Champion, Friesian Horse Association of North America
- Scores to 68.7% for 4th level freestyle in 2018
- FEI debut at Prix St. George in 2019
